Recycle paper, newspaper, magazines and mail

Bring your unwanted paper, newspapers, magazines and mail to the Waukegan Public Library for recycling. The recycling containers are located in the rear parking lot of the library at the corner of Clayton Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, and are accessible 24/7, even when the Library is closed. Please bring only one box per month.
